Alpha Figma UI Kit Updates.

We are working towards a release of the Alpha Figma UI Kit. The new version will have a lot changes including, new variables, cosmetic upgrades and new components.

As of now here is a list of things we have added:

1. Fixed grid alingment(some patterns were not aligned on the layout grid)
2. Added grid margin variable
3. Added border semantic variables
4. Added muted typography color tokens
5. Added background variables
6. Refactored patterns to work when resizing canvas size
7. Restructured the style guide
8. Added moodboard page
9. Beautified every page by wrapping them in a nice interface
10. UI Builder component has been upgraded to quickly flesh out a wireframe
11. Rebuilt the button components
12. Replaced the button components on all patterns
13. Added icon set (900+ )
14. Added placeholder logo’s

In the coming weeks we are going to add a complete form builder and also add the background and border tokens to the patterns. When this is done we will be ready to release the 2.0 version. In the mean time all the current blocks have been added to the UI kit. WHne this is all done we can start re-shooting our videos and creating tutorials on how to use the UI kit to build professional wireframes and UI designs

We refactored the following library categories for ACSS:

1. 404 Error
2. Accordion
3. Author Page
4. Banner
5. Blog Archive

What does the refactoring entail? Removing deprecated variables, removing utility classes, replacing CSS values for variables. fixing structures for better performances and adding prefixes(bm-) to the classes.

This also goes for the CORE library which will be tackled once I’m done with the ACSS Library. The AT Library is pretty solid as I did the refactoring while setting it up.

1. An all-access offer which includes all the product excluding the Figma UI KIT which will be sold separately. We will be implementing this offer this month.
2. A single subscription offer for every product. Because not everyone needs all the available products.(This option is already available)
